What we do
We facilitate a monthly men’s group in Borehamwood. The group offers a welcoming, informal, and confidential space for men to talk openly, reflect and connect.
Conversations are shaped by what matters to the group. This can include past experiences, current challenges, work, relationships, family life, confidence, or personal growth.
Our aim is to provide a supportive environment where men can gain perspective, feel less alone, and grow in ways that feel meaningful.

Experiences
We offer a range of tailor-made therapeutic outdoor group experiences designed for wellbeing and connection, including hiking, fishing, and impactful rights of passage retreats.

Courses
If you're interested in personal development, we also run small in-person courses that are truly transformative. Our Patterns & Beliefs course, led by our founders Mark & Brendan - both BACP Certified therapists - focuses on changing your beliefs and, in turn, changing your life.
This unique transformative course consists of six weekly evening sessions where you will understand your beliefs and how to change limiting beliefs to become the person you always wanted to be.
